Meet the team
Patrick Førslev Hansen
Founder, Director and Social Work Advisor
Patrick is the founder and driving force behind Right to Family. He combines many years of experience from complex social cases with a deep understanding of legal certainty, authority processes and citizens' reality. With a strong analytical eye and a practical approach, Patrick works to create transparency, structure and professional direction in cases where citizens often stand alone against a system that overwhelms more than it helps.
His experience spans widely: social work consulting, case review, representation, strategy development and cross-disciplinary coordination with lawyers, psychologists and other consultants. Patrick is known for his ability to quickly understand the core of a case, identify errors and gaps, and translate that into concrete steps that strengthen the citizen's position.
Patrick's mission is clear: to create a system where the family is not an opponent, but a partner – and where people get the support and insight they are entitled to.

Charlotte Lynnerup
Social Work Advocate and Relationship-Focused Advisor
Qualified social worker. I am driven by the desire to create real change for people in vulnerable positions. In my work, I always meet the citizen exactly where they are – with respect, professional curiosity and a sharp eye for both resources and the barriers that characterize their situation.
I work holistically and draw on strong relationship skills, which enable me to build trust, collaboration and development, even in processes with high complexity or vulnerability.
For me, good social work practice is about seeing the person first, strengthening their options for action and developing solutions that make real sense in their lives.
Kaya
Volunteer Advisor
Kaya contributes as a volunteer advisor with solid experience in autism, ADHD and the special educational field. She lives with autism and ADHD herself in everyday life and thus has both a personal foundation and a professional understanding of the challenges many families face. This insight gives her a strong practical approach to conflict management, structure and special educational methods.
Kaya has in-depth knowledge of PPR's work processes, including assessment of support needs, criteria for allocation and the rights that follow from the legislation in the area. She is particularly competent in analyzing PPR statements and PPVs and can see through what the documents cover, what assessments lie behind, and how the content affects the child's opportunities for support.
In addition, she has broad knowledge of relevant associations, social networks and resources that many families can benefit from. The combination of personal experience, practical insight and acquired legal knowledge makes her counseling concrete, present and valuable for families seeking support.
