Ret til Familie / Right to Family is a cross-disciplinary social practice working for legal certainty, transparency and professionally correct handling of citizens in Denmark and Sweden. We are independent of the municipalities and stand on the citizen’s side.

About Right to Family

We bring together social work consultants, psychologists, job centre specialists and disability expertise on one platform. We work across disciplines and focus on documentation, law and procedure to protect the citizen's rights in complex systems.

We have extensive knowledge of both Swedish legislation (Socialtjänstlagen, LVU/LUV, LSS) and Danish legislation (Child Protection Law, Serviceloven). This enables us to help citizens in both Sweden and Denmark with professional advice and representation.

We can also be booked for lectures and conferences related to social affairs, legal certainty and the cooperation between citizens and authorities.

How we work

We assist with representation, case analysis, meeting support, complaints and strategy – from first concern to follow-up. The goal is to reduce uncertainty and give citizens a clearer, stronger position.
